“New customer: called Preventive Pest yesterday and was ableto have someone come out today. Johnell treated our home this morning and he was great! Very polite and asked all the right questions. He informed us of some potential issues we may or may not have (not upselling). We have a dog so he was mindful of closing our backyard gates, etc. 
Very happy with my first experience.”
